What We Do
Red Water Inc. is an operator-led holding company that owns and scales high performing businesses under a unified platform. Built on the foundation of growing MK Asset Management Inc. 172 percent from year one to year two while maintaining roughly 35 percent profit margins, Red Water applies a hands on model focused on strong teams and disciplined execution. The firm actively runs its companies, supports ventures like HullShare, which reached a $2.5 million valuation prior to its MVP launch, and builds long term value from the inside out.

Co Founder
Kyle McManus
This all started in a garage, where Kyle McManus began building companies from the ground up early in his career. Within two years, he expanded MK Asset Management into another state, built multiple operating teams, secured partnerships with marinas and dealerships, and began developing proprietary cleaning products to support long term growth. During that same period, Kyle founded the first peer to peer, license only Boat rental marketplace, creating a new category in the marine space. The garage represents the starting point, not the ceiling.

Co Founder
Lorenzo Corrsetti
Lorenzo Corsetti was there from the beginning, one of the first four to help build the operation out of the garage alongside Kyle McManus. A Texas A&M graduate with a business degree, Corsetti served as Vice President of MK Asset Management, where he helped drive the company’s expansion into Houston and beyond. He led new waves of product development, including flagship offerings like J’s Rust Cutter, and helped architect the marketing and sales strategies that fueled growth. His operational discipline and market instinct were instrumental in turning an early-stage operation into a scalable, multi-market business.
